How to Resolve an Issue
If your product wasn’t delivered or didn’t meet our quality standards, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details & Proof: When you contact us, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. For quality concerns or damaged items, please attach clear photos that show the problem. This helps us understand what went wrong and how to best resolve it.
- Resolution: Upon reviewing your claim and the provided evidence, Queen Bee RV LLC will determine, at our sole discretion, whether to issue a full refund for the item(s) or provide a reprint of the item(s). Our aim is always to ensure you’re happy with your Queen Bee RV merchandise.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
